We have an opportunity for a Regional Manager- Sales for one of our client, which provides IT Services/ solutions to construction/ real estate organizations.
Job Description :
The Sales person will be focused on selling software products and services to new name accounts in ERP & CRM. Responsibilities include the sale of primarily construction ERP software products as well as enhancements to prospective clients.
- Must have experience in selling ERP Solutions & services in domestic market specifically in Tamilnadu and Kerala region
- Managing the sales cycle from the initial contact through to the close of the sale.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data in internal customer database, Track and update leads in CRM system.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop an effective marketing plan.
- Representing the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Travelling and meeting the prospects at their office as routine function.
- Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the product offerings that you will be selling.
- Demonstrating effective customer-oriented sales skills, exceptional relationship building, qualifying skills, group presentation, and closing skills
- Prepare proposals for clients by coordinating with the Pre-sales team
- Ensuring quality of deals as specified by the company.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Continuing to hone sales skills by investing in ongoing professional development including all relevant sales training.
- Ensuring all prospects / customers are reference-able.
- Staying current on all products and industry trends.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting & setting up targets for the assigned region.
- Achieving, Monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collections targets with new and current customers, and maintaining expenses within budget.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Ensuring to send the periodical reports on time and also attending the review calls and review meetings.
