Regional Distribution Manager
Job Description:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Set performance objectives for distribution channels within your region.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of distribution processes.
- Business Development and Expansion
- Identify growth opportunities within the region and develop a multi-year distribution expansion and extraction roadmap based on thorough market & channel mapping to enable our 3 Years rolling sales growth plan.
- Lead Higher Business share extraction from Category A BRO/MBR dealers with focus on higher rim sizes volume growth
- Explore new markets, distribution channels, and partnerships.
- Secure long-term contracts and foster client relationships.
- Branded Retail Outlets ( BROs) contract renewals and Special tie up reimbursement process support
- Own and drive result oriented BTL marketing activities for secondary sales increase especially for key accounts (Top BROs)
- Extensive market visits to keep a finger on the pulse of the market.
- Anchor and support the growth of the retail channel network through aligned KPI's
- Lead and manage the prospects pipeline and the progress of funnel
- Act as a Flexible Manning resource to assume short term responsibility of vacant territories/Branches
