Designation: Regional Customer Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Also organizing the necessary infra and resources, identification of channel wise opportunities and business drivers, creation of trade marketing plans within assigned budgets, monitoring trade spend to achieve business objectives of the region. The role is meant to straddle both GT and MT and is meant to have an overview of the MT business in till the appointment of an RKAM in the Region.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/year for a total region with direct responsibility of domestic channel.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives in coordination with Associate Director of Customer Development
, Marketing and ASM's.
- Distribution and display leadership support to Regional team.
- Regional custodian of all RE/Channel/Geography program in the retail channel and keep complete track of outlet wise business trends. Contribute continuous need based refinement of all program in coordination with ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT and implement in the region.
- Contribute in creating the correct GTM model; determine town and outlet penetration suitable for current and future business growth in the region.
- Custodian of Regional Performance parameters, analysis and contributor to action plans.
- Energize FF through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploiting the market potential.
- Execute display and merchandising guidelines in EVERY channel; develop display aids, and local vendors in region.
- Facilitate deliver of targeted training for front line sales team in retail channel in coordination with ASMs.
- Manage FG&A budgets at region.
- Pilot test key in-market initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations.
- Coordinate with KAM, field sales, SC on central/regional/account specific modern trade promos with budget controls
- Secure key sales information from field sales and present business analytics and findings thru planned reviews to Associate Director Sales /RSM on monthly basis.
- Contribute in coordinating school contact programs/consumer activation and ensure excellent execution
- Lead Micro-marketing initiatives for the Region in coordination with CD and Brand teams
- Liaise with ASM, s to capture timely and near to perfect forecast by channel and feed the same to HO.
- Analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of key activities and promos through a pre-agreed control panel and use the analysis to fine-tune future activities
- Demonstrate strategic leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics and pride through exemplary behavior
- Will handle west region.
Work Environment:
- Region HQ based job with frequent travel to markets within the region. Expected to travel for a week in a month.
- Close contacts with Associate Director of Customer Development (RSM), marketing, and sales team on a regular basis
