Regional Manager - Customer Development - 3+ Years - Kolkata
Location: Kolkata
We are looking for an individual with 3+ Years of experience as Area sales manager with FMCG/Personal care setup, handling additional responsibilities into Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Trade marketing, E commerce.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing complete data & analytics support to ASM's & Sales heads of the region.
2. Using a mix of internal data, external data (AC Nielsen) & insights from the market/customers to build a robust growth strategy for the region which encompasses Brand / portfolio strategy, Channel/Retail Environment strategy, Distribution strategy.
3. Building & delivering a strong Activity Calendar in collaboration with all partners.
4. Building and delivering the appropriate BTL spends plan.
5. Conceptualizing schemes, trade promotion, display programs & other interventions.
6. Run Retail & Wholesale dedicated programs effectively in the region.
Requirements:
1. MBA from a reputed B-school with 3 to 7 Years of experience.
2. Minimum 18 months ASM stint in FMCG company.
3. An additional assignment of MT/E-Com/Customer Marketing/Trade Marketing will be on added advantage.
4. Maximum age 35 years.
