Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling the business for 3 or more state
- Provide incremental growth in business
- Recruit and induct manpower up to the grassroots level
- Serve organisation as a mentor as well as a business coach
- Demonstrate dealing with business partners, vendors, customers and clients
- Implement procedures and policies in line with the vision and mission of the company
- Prepare and execute succession planning, grooming of immediate line managers
- Identify opportunities
- Realisation of identified opportunities
- Demonstrate capabilities and achieve financial goals
- Create measurable scorecard for each personnel
- Demand performance
- Introduce new products that have potential for perennial income
- Expend Geography and channel reach
- Review branch management on a monthly basis
Desired Profile :
- Ideal candidate needs to possess excellent team handling skills
- Good Knowhow of commercial process ( P&L statements, Balance sheet)
- Ability to motivate staff and subordinates in the team to achieve financial goals
- Very good in negotiation as well as persuasion
- Needs to possess flair to excel
- Keeping updated with business affairs and business scenario prevailing in the current economic scenario
- Handling management decisions in a positive way
- Very high in integrity, morale and character
