Job Title : Regional Manager East India
Reporting Manager : National Sale Head
Qualification : MBA experience preferably with an CD/Paints/Retails company
- The position has overall responsibility for increasing sales, sales efficiency and to grow market and market share for a geographical zone, for the General Trade and Retail Trade business.
- The incumbent will lead the business development efforts in the zone through branches in alignment with the sales policy of the organization.
- Overall responsibility of hiring, developing and appraising the zonal employees in line with the HR philosophy of the company.
- He will assess the market size & share, sales potential and create effective channels of distribution to meet short term and long-term goals.
- Provide long term perspective and segment wise direction to the branch managers and build strong zonal teams through sharing of ideas and encouraging sales innovation.
- Undertake analysis of market and competition in order to recommend appropriate marketing initiatives at the national level.
- Planning and monitoring product launches i.e Factory co-ordination for branch supply issues, relationship building with key dealers in each branch area and co-ordination with commercial.
