Core Responsibilities :
This is a P&L leadership role in the cold chain business unit, This is one of the largest cold chain companies in India servicing more than 300 customers
RM would be handling a sales book of Rs 100 Cr+ in his/ her region through both - hunting- new clients and - farming- existing accounts
In his role he is expected to drive portfolio selling of all the allied cold chain services offered by Logistics Company, FTL (Full Truck Load), LTL (Less than Truck load), Distribution service (End-to-end 3PL servicing). He is also expected to drive adoption of cold chain in F&V segment
RSM would be leading a team of Cluster Sales Managers (CSM) and CDMs (Client Development Managers) and would need to ensure that team remains inspired and focused on achieving the desired goal (pipeline management, closures, etc.)
Given the transformational impact we can create at our clients, RMs would need to ensure he/she (or CSM) maintains strong relationships with CXOs ( or senior management) at respective clients
On account of being closest to clients / market, RMs would be expected to suggest and lead the development of new products
Years of experience : 6 - 10
Professional attributes :
Prior B2B sales leadership experience in South India
Manage sales process very tightly (client pipeline management)
CXO level engagement
Must have worked in tier-I/II/III micro-markets in South India
