Regional Manager - Business Development - Transport/Logistics

- A leader in transport and logistics in looking for General Manager, Regional Manager and Area Manager roles at various locations across West and South India .

Job Requirements for Regional Manager role :

- The job holder is responsible for planning business development activities and ensure all targets are met as per plan

Main Responsibilities :

- Planning and achieving revenue targets

- Controlling expense budget in the region

- Responsible for expanding customer base, market penetration and branch network in the assigned region.

- Contribute in devising better customer offers, which enables the company to operate at increased profit margins.

- Tracking branch level performance, achieve and exceed profitability targets for all branches covered under his region.

- Manage customer relationship in order to manage& exceed customer expectations

- Team management - including recruitment, training, performance management.

Experience :

- 10-15 years in senior leadership roles in leading transport company. Should be very well conversant in about respective region / territory

Education : Preferably university degree
