Regional Manager - Business Development

- Effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders associated in the assigned territory for generation and conversion of leads for NBFC business

- Development of alternate sales channels for all NBFC products in the assigned region.

- Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing business deals with producers, traders, processors and other value chain participants to maximize yield

- Regional head would be completely responsible for achieving the disbursement, income, recovery and asset quality targets for his region.

- Maintain effective knowledge of Business, products and services (credit reporting, debt collection etc).

- Using Knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop Unique Selling Propositions and differentiators.

- Complete ownership for customer relationship management programs and promotion of NBFC and parent company brand.

Other details-Desired Skills :

- Basic understanding of finance concepts, rural economy and value chain

- Flair for sales: self motivated and result driven

- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle objections and convince

- Knowledge of local geography and languages (for operating in south candidate having a dialect of Tamil/Kannad is preferred)
