Your Role and Responsibilities:

Reports to : Head of Sales, part of the leadership core team
Function: Sales/ IT services Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- This is a leadership sales role. A person will be responsible for a National role Finance domain-Mumbai and IT services for Bangalore
- Develop sales strategy for Pan India
- Manage the sales team and drive business goals of the Org
- Achievement of sales targets for the given enterprise clients
- New business development: Acquire strategic, high-value clients spread across multiple industry verticals.
- Retention of existing business
- Drive CXO level engagement and build an effective client relationship
- Grow business from existing clients by cross-selling multiple products/logistics solutions
- Maintain quality of business (yield)

- Experience in starting a new company would be plus

- Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- MBA Graduates from top-ranked institution would be preferred
