Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager - Business Development to drive consulting sales within the Financial Services sector.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling key segments such as Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).


- The role demands strong business acumen, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand within target market segments such as AMC, AIFs, Wealth Management Firms, MIIs, and Financial Intermediaries.

- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.

Client Account Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions that align with their business goals.

Consultative Selling:

- Adopt a consultative approach to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

- Provide insights into industry trends and regulatory developments to position the company's services effectively.

- Work closely with clients to identify challenges and present innovative solutions that add value.

Institutional Sales:

- Build and maintain a network of institutional clients within the financial services sector.

- Conduct market research to identify potential institutional partnerships and business opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue generation.

Proposal Making & Pipeline Management:

- Prepare high-quality business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress from lead generation to closure.

- Analyze sales data to forecast revenue and identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Management:

- Foster long-term partnerships with clients by delivering consistent value and superior service.

- Engage with key clients regularly to ensure their evolving needs are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client solutions.

Market Outreach & Brand Positioning:

- Develop and execute outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and market presence.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position the company effectively.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive business growth through consultative and B2B sales strategies.

- Client Account Management: Strong skills in building and nurturing client relationships to drive retention and growth.

- Financial Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, asset management, wealth management, and market infrastructure institutions.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
