Roles & Responsibilities:

- To initiate, develop and execute effective strategies for expanding Key Accounts and maintaining healthy relationships with key stakeholders.

- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of sales for the organization within the region.

- Guide and coach Sales professionals to penetrate accounts, captivate decision-makers and overcome selling obstacles.

- Work closely with the Management to deliver forecasts, identify industry trends, and provide recommended solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Generate revenue and manage client satisfaction.

Desired Profile:

- A MBA-Graduate from a premier institute with 10+ experience in EduTech Industry with B2B sales and B2C sales. Enterprise Sales experience would be preferred.

- Proven track record of consistently delivering successful sales stints.

- Self-driven leader, skilled in driving complex business deals and strategic partnerships.

Salary: Max. upto INR 30 Lakhs
