RSM/ASM (Bulk Sales - Agri Commodity)
- Managing entire bulk of understand staples commodity.
- Prepare Sales plan and sales targets based on the potential of the market.
- Ensure Sales plan achievement in all the territories of the region based on market potential and sales achievements of sales team and trade and ensure that profit margins/targets are achieved.
- Planning and supervision of Agri commodity Business to Business sales.
- Promotion planning to boost sales and attain the required margin.
- Responsible for building vendor base, onboarding new vendors.
- Create and ensure achievement of long-term growth plan for the region by 4+ years of experience in reputed Agri commodity company.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Candidate with 5-10 Years of Sales Experience in Bulk Sales (Agri Commodity)
2. Strong knowledge of local traders and good relationship.
3. Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Excellent Computer skills.
