Opportunity for RM /AGM / DGM - BD & Sales with a Integrated logistics company
- Previous experience in CL / Warehousing operations and / or Solution is desirable
- Must have sound market knowledge and contacts with Customers of repute in region
- Must have the ability to assess customer potential of revenue opportunity in different services
- Must be able to make High impact presentation and able impress customer about our organisational abilities / capabilities
- Must have knowledge of competition and their abilities to decide our USP to show edge over competition
- Must have Converted Major account from potential customer to active prospects and finally to Win Business in Automotive Industry
- Must be able to identify service needs of customer across product and services namely Warehousing, In plant, Transportation for Domestic Business growth
- Not mandatory but desirable - Should be able to also generate leads for other BUs for International Business namely Air & Ocean Logistics and Customs clearance
- Must be able to manage team under him, develop them, support them and should take responsibility of team performance and collective goal accomplishment
- Should have ability to do preliminary costing based on customers requirement and should have sound knowledge of Commercial terms and conditions.
- Should be able to do risk and liability assessment of any lead proposed / identified. ( Support for detailed Solution and Costing will be provided from HO, but knowledge is necessary )
- Should be open for Sales target based KRA assessment and Fix and variable salary component. Assessment and Sales Pipeline Review to be conducted on quarterly basis.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH AUTOMOTIVE CLIENTS
