Regional Logistics & Warehouse Manager - FMCG

- Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives for all warehouses

- Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure there is sufficient product available

- Build capability within the team to create a culture of accountability and high performance

- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure low cost operations

- Deliver on all change management initiatives aligned to the business strategy

- Achieve all inventory management and stock control targets

- Manage operational costs through the optimum use of labor, materials and packaging

- Drive cost reduction through continuous improvement projects

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement

- This role has total accountability for the overall performance and leadership of the Warehouse team across multiple sites
