Regional Logistics Manager - FMCG - IIM/NITIE/SPJIMR - North

We are looking for a Regional Logitics Manager for a FMCG Major, based at Gurgaon.

A Female, with a Post Grad in IE / IM/ Ops. from NITIE/SPJIMR/IIM's, with at least 3-4 years of work experience in Logistics management in a large FMCG is mandatory.

KRA's :

- Overseeing the states in North India region with overall accountability for demand & inventory planning, effective PJP design leading to consistently high distributor service levels

- Successfully delivering complex transport and warehouse operations within budget through effective negotiation of transport costs, warehouse rentals, CFA running costs and business waste reduction.

- Customer service : placement of Stock w.r.t availability at warehouse and managing network & transportation

- Cost negotiations : ensuring fill rates by close coordination with planning team

- Operational efficiencies pertaining to product mix and optimal utilization

- Vendor management & New vendor development

- Building Systems for ensuring effective TAT and fill rate
