JOB STATEMENT:

- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing locations, transporters and all dealerships to ensure availability of required vehicles and hence maximize Customer Satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Order management of all the dealers in the region.

- Improving the service delivery for service logistics, distribution, etc., while optimizing the operational costs.

- Co-ordination activities with Marketing, Operation, Service functions for delivery planned for the month.

- Dealership stockyard audits

- Ensure proper infrastructure available at dealer stockyards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Knowledge Requirements

Essential:

1. Knowledge of Material management/ Storage equipment/ infrastructure

2. Knowledge of warehousing/ operations management/ supply chain management

3. Basics of Finance

Preferred:

1. Exposure to QS 9000/ TS 16949

2. Financial Analysis

3. Experience of implementation
