Regional Logistic Manager -- MNC Food Major

- Lead the supply chain for complete Mumbai Region

- Manage Order Fulfillment rate as per agreed SLA across all CFAs

- Manage the transportation from CFA to Distributor / Customers in safety complaint Vehicles

- Budgeting for Transportation cost for the region & Manage the Operating Cost

- Ensure the S.O.P compliance across CFAs & transportation

- Drive kaizen in warehousing and transportation to get efficiencies in cost, processes & service

- Review and recommend appointment / renewal of warehousing and transportation contracts

- Order Fulfillment Process

- Warehousing & Stock Mgmt Process

- Transportation Management

- Safety Management

- Warehousing and transportation
