Regional Legal Role - Debt Management/Recoveries - BFS

- Legal Proceedings Management: Oversee and manage all legal proceedings related to debt recovery within the assigned region, including litigation, arbitration, and negotiation with defaulting parties.

- Recovery Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies for recovering outstanding debts, including legal actions, settlements, and asset recovery.

- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing debt recovery activities, maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.

- Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk management, and business teams, to facilitate efficient debt recovery processes and resolve complex legal issues.
