Job Description - Regional Legal Manager (West)

Role

To manage the recovery litigation under Arbitration and SARFAESI laws and to manage against litigation. To actively engage in identifying and filing suitable legal actions against the default customers

Required Skills

- Must Have experience in arbitration & Litigation

- He should be supporting collection team in recovery

- To be instrumental in litigations like, Sec 138, Arbitration, SARFAESI, sec 9/17 & other litigation proceedings.

- Filing Criminal Complaints in qualified cases and take them to logical conclusion

Education Qualification

LLB/BALLB OR equivalent Degree in legal stream

Work Experience

6 to 8 Years

Salary offered: 8-10LPA
