Regional Legal Manager - FMCG

- Candidate will be involved in managing issues related to warehouses, working with commercial managers

- He/She will be working as a Business Partner responsible for Sales legal activities for Central.

- He/She needs to ensure that the issues are not taken to court

- Interact with HO & other regional teams

- Will be involved in litigations, drafting, contracting, giving suggestions. Managing Sales, Supply Chain & Factory related issues

- Should have 8-10yrs of relevant experience in Sales Legal partnering and factory legal

- Should have managed Litigation in his/her previous role

- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively - central . South

- Reviewing and negotiating agreements

- Identifying and responding to ongoing regulatory changes and adapting various policies and procedures

- Assisting in preparing for and responding to inquiries and audits from regulatory & other authorities

- Regulatory reporting and filings
