Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for 3 major fronts of enterprise engagements: Solution Design, Program Management & Engagement Growth.
Solution Design:
- Understand client's business, use case and effectively build solutions using the existing product portfolio
- Own the Tech Win cycle for ongoing engagements
- Identify new, challenging problem statements for the client which can be solved using core organizations IP
- Identify new markets with critical problems where organization can help unlock value
- Consultative Solution Thinking: Display creativity and innovation in solution design
Program Management:
- Design effective and scalable solutions for customers with a long-term lens
- Build system architecture and implementation plans for the designed solution
- Effectively manage stakeholders across Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Strategy, CXOs
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ongoing and projects in the pipeline
Engagement Growth:
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Work with Sales teams to identify new opportunities and generate new business
- Drive F2F meetings with customers and Exec Leadership to build long-term customer partnerships
