Scope:
- The Head of People & Communication, based in Mumbai (and business travel to Bangalore) to provide thought leadership, collaborate globally with Technology & Data Communication and Corporate Communications to support the growth of T&D in India. Given the anticipated rapid growth in Bangalore and continued growth in Mumbai, it is essential that a cohesive organization is built through effective people engagement and communication.
- This candidate will possess hands on experience in organizational development, communications, marketing and event management.
Deliverables:
Partnership with HR on People Engagement programs for T&D in India.
- Implement effective people engagement strategies to attract, retain and motivate the T&D employees in India.
- Own and execute the T&D Mobility Program in collaboration with HR.
- Differentiate T&D as a preferred employer above our Peer Group using external conducted employee surveys.
- Ownership for building T&Ds brand awareness in India within key campuses, their alumni and the Mumbai and Bangalore technology ecosystem.
- Partner with the Campus Recruitment team
- Own and conduct Coding competitions, online hackathons events and Special Interest Group events.
- Own and conduct targeted Media Engagements, such as technical articles and conference presentations.
Ownership for Internal Communication
- Implement effective internal communication practices to raise awareness provide transparency; facilitate networking and on-boarding for new employees.
- Own and conduct employee feedback workshops.
Skills Required:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from a Technology field and/or financial services industry.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of successful interaction with senior management stakeholders.
- Strong analytic focus, willing to drive and create meaningful metrics for the various programs.
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals; strong commitment to high quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge status-quo, improve processes and drive results.
- Independent & creative problem solving.
- Strong team spirit and relationship management skills, customer focused.
