Your Tasks :
- As a member of the Global Finance Services Team you are responsible to ensure global system maturity while continuously working on improvements, technical and procedural.
- You are the bridge between HQ and business, always searching for and implementing the best solution within reasonable time. Finance process Automation and method-based simplification are your main objectives.
- By supporting global project rollouts in the region you contribute significantly to our goal of being a proactive and challenging business partner. (Coordination, test facilitation, support pre and post Go Live . e.g. check local specificities, evaluate exceptions to defined standard process,)
- You provide trainings and user support to enable finance process change management.
- Reporting and analysis of Finance KPIs as part of project or improvement measurement is also your task.
- Compliance with Corporate Finance Governance requirements (e.g. Global standard Processes)
- Monitor and drive operational performance (quality & efficiency KPI's for accounting and digitization.)
- Support and contribute to Global Finance project's rollouts into the Region
Your Profile :
- MBA Finance or Inter CA or B.Com
- 3-5 years of experience in Shared Services in Accounting and Financial Processes (5-7 yrs in case of B.Com)
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of end to end Finance processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report), accounting know how as per IFRS, financial systems (SAP ERP FI/CO module) and working with international teams
- Working on International projects in the area of automation and digitization
- Good social skills and personal integrity; excellent process and continuous improvement mindset.
- Taking the lead, driving results, convincing and delivering high performance under significant time pressure
- Distinctive and convincing communication skills for steering a heterogeneous and globally acting team (cross cultural skills)
- Good knowledge in written and spoken English
