Job Role:- Regional Key Accounts Manager -Karnataka & Kerala

Reporting to:- Zonal Head-South & West

Team Size: - 8-9 people

Job Location:- Bangalore

Business Volume:- Approx 100-150Cr per annum

Overall Objective:

- Play a key role in delivering the overall Modern Trade objectives, managing the operation of key modern trade chains in assigned geography, strategizing/executing shopper activities to drive sales in accordance with the companies' policies and strategies.

Required Skills Set:

- Accountable for developing , maximizing and maintaining long term relationship with potential and existing clients in order to enhance sales , meet top line and bottom line budgets and achieve budgeted growth year on year

- Assortment Planning across categories to ensure right mix in order to drive market share and shelf space

- Drive chain level Primary and Secondary Sales

- Ensure range level and SKU level penetration and mix for different store classes

- Benchmark competitors' products and activities and plan new launches and account wise activations at regional/national levels

- TOT negotiations and monthly/quarterly/annual activation plans

- Manage displays , POSMs , SIS to ensure dominance with respect to competition

- Forecasting , demand planning , fill rates management , new product introductions , new category introductions , price-point gap analysis , Market Share improvement strategies

- Debtor management
