We have an urgent requirement for Regional Key Accounts Manager (RKAM) role with one of our leading E-commerce client.
Job Location : Kolkata & Gujarat
Experience : 4 to 6 Years
Preferred Industry : FMCG/Telecom/FMCD/Retail
Education : MBA/PGDM (Full time)
Looking for candidates from tier 1 institute (XLRI, MDI, Symbosis, FMS etc.)
Team Handling Role
Responsibilities :
- This is a role where one would have end to end accountability - Ownership of Top line, Business Planning, Relationship Management with Senior Management of the Key Accounts.
Merchant Acquisition :
- Develop and drive sales & service efficiencies
- Put in place processes and metrics for tracking progress to the plan and setup review mechanisms with all stakeholders.
Account Management :
- Setting up and driving the team to achieve active merchant targets through servicing them effectively
- Ensuring effective deployments, training and farming of merchants acquired
- Plan, assess & implement monetization avenues
- Map Competition
- Monitor competitive activity in key accounts and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
- Keep a close watch on competition. Share best practices internally
