Job Description - You will be responsible for handling major key and strategic accounts - International as well as domestic players across food, beverages, and Pharma.

Description :
- Handling major key and strategic accounts - International as well as domestic players across food, beverages and Pharma majorly
- Responsible for Direct sales via team and slightly for channel partners
- Handling revenue size worth 80 Cr approximately alongside a well set up team
- Responsible for a large team size of 15 people approx along with P&L Management
- Is able to showcase thought process of a global organisation in a localised environment
- Should be keen to understand - learn, influence and take team along
Profile
- Comes with experience of at least 20 years
- Has taken care of a team size of 15 people at least in a B2B setup
- Has showcased the revenue building with a responsibility of at least handling 80 Cr
- Knows cross functional management and manage the compatibility across teams
- Has been associated with B2B setup majorly, i.e. in industrial Automation
- Should have handled Direct Sales, Distribution sales and taken care of P&L Management
- A true team player and leadership traits for handling a team of experienced professionals
