Regional Sales Manager(Institutional Sales) - Bangalore/Chennai

Location - Bangalore/Chennai (Looking for candidates from South only)

Reporting - Sales Director

Years of experience - 5-8 Years

Qualification - Graduate + MBA

Industry - Publishing

Looking for candidates from FMCG industry.

- The incumbent’s primary responsibility would be to develop new revenue pools for the company. The position will work in area’s like print journals and subscription products, academic adoptions, contract publishing and the corporate sector.

- Develop the academic business. Initiate academic adoptions with key universities and law colleges.

- Develop the channel of subscription specialists who can drive the journals business.

- Explore book bundle opportunities with academic institutions.

- Explore opportunities of contract publishing with key corporate and academic institutions.

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

- Solid knowledge of the academic vertical.

- Exposure to selling journals.

- Exposure to corporate and institutional selling.

REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Willing to travel.

- Good presentation skills.
