Regional Human Resources Role - Financial Firm

Role Description:

- This full-time on-site role as a Regional Human Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the region.

- The role includes tasks such as implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management.

- The role is based in Noida, and requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in Human Resources (HR) including HR Management and HR Policies

- Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Experience in the financial industry is a plus

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
