Executive Hiring is looking for a Region HR Manager for a Large FMCG, based in Mumbai.
PMIR/HR (2 years full time) from XLRI/TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD (Batch of 19/20/21) with 2-4 years of strong Sales & Business HR exp.in an FMCG is mandatory.
Brief KRA's:
Recruitment & onboarding:
- To lead the entire recruitment process - manpower requirement forecasting, campus participation, sourcing resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating salary, conducting background checks, ensuring new hire paper work, onboarding
- Ensure Induction program adherence, conducted reviews to track progress & identify development
- Design people process dashboard and derive key insights in hiring and attrition to meet business agenda
Performance, Reward & Engagement
- Manage end to end implementation of the quarterly performance incentive program.
- Implement a Recognition Program to highlight achievements of Frontline Sales employees.
- Facilitate mid and annual performance reviews for over 300 sales frontline managers.
- Plan and Organize Annual Recognition event for all sales workforces.
- Develop and plan budget and cost structures for areas of employee benefits.
- Anchor District wide Engagement Survey analyzed the results to drive actionable.
Career management
- Conducting competency-based interviews & assessment centres for internal promotions at a national level
- Designed individual development plans for employee's basis Assessment Centre feedback.
Learning & Development
- Development of Hi Potential Resources through targeted learning interventions in both technical and behavioral skills
- Design training programs for Sales Team.
Change Management
- Plan, implement new changing structures and technology.
- Managed Change communication and execution through 600+ frontline sales teams.
