Job Description
Talent acquisition strategy:
- Implement the talent acquisition strategy through identification of suitable talent pool and industries to ensure acquisition of right capabilities
- Proactively work with business partners to identify human capital needs and create plans that meet those needs, including recruitment and selection
- Ensure high quality hiring. Drive the recruitment for all Managerial and Sr. Managerial positions
- Drive and promote the IJP system and manage dynamics of the system, including fall-outs/grievances arising thereof
- Work to build a strong employee value proposition and strengthen reputation of the company - Drive and lead the Employer branding initiatives
Organization Structure & Design:
- Support Head HR on the optimal organization structure in line with the organization strategy and business plans
- Ensure optimum manpower utilization by removing overlaps and ensuring distinct role clarity
Performance Management System:
- Drive and build value based Performance driven culture
- Drive appropriate differentiation and distribution across performance levels
- Drive timely Objective setting aligned with the business goals with clear cut measurement criteria
- Build a robust culture of performance differentiation
Employee Relations:
- Develop and manage all aspects of people motivation, Reward & Recognition etc.
- Create and deploy interventions for increasing people involvement in operations with a view to increase their engagement leading to higher productivity and efficiency
- Monitor consistent application of policies and procedures across the affiliate
- Help and facilitate implementation of Employee Opinion surveys
- Support the employee communication initiatives

- Implement the compensation strategy in line with the business results as well as market trends to build a competitive edge
- Leading transactional processes related to Compensation like Merit Increase payouts, Elevations etc
