1. Responsible for Talent Acquisition.

2. Talent Management.

3. Employee Engagement.

4. HR Initiatives.

5. Managing Stakeholders.

6. Industrial Relation.

7. Employee Grievances.

8. Collaborate with Regional Head and Cluster Head for timely closure of activities related to employee life cycle.

9. Performance Management.

Experience - 7+ years of relevant experience.
