- Managing life cycle of employee from recruitment to exit management.
- Responsible for initial screening of candidate.
- Responsible for sourcing for resume from job portal reference, networking, head hunting and Competitor mapping.
- Conducting the preliminary interviews.
- Taking telephonic and personal interviews of candidates.
- Interacting with the Head of departments and take their feedback post interviews.
- Handling the salary negotiations by offering attractive salary packages with accordance to the experience and proficiency.
- Document verification and background verification of the selected candidates through reliable sources.
- Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT.
- Using talent now as a recruitment software.
- Completing joining formalities.
- Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same.
- Responsible for Job posting on various Professional sites like LinkedIn, iims job and naukri posting etc.
- Handling HR operations, onboarding, transfers, deputations and grievance handling of Employees and ex-employees.

- Timely response on emails
