Designation: Regional HR- North
The Regional Human Resources will implement Human Resource policies, establishing Human Resources systems and overseeing Human Resources functions in the Region. Focus areas would include recruitment & selection, payroll & benefits administration, statutory compliance, training and development, performance management and associate & community relations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- MBA in Human Resources (full-time)
- Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail
- Willing to travel frequently and extensively in the region
- Good internal customer focus and an ability to work under pressure
- Set the highest ethical and professional standards
