Mandate :

- Male candidate only.

- Talent Acquisition (Pharma Sales) - 60% In recruitment & 40% in HR operations

Roles :

- Managing all hiring activities for the assigned BU

- Leveraging Cost-Effective Sourcing platforms including IJP's, Employee Referrals & Social Media Platforms.

- Accountable for all recruitment metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I and quality of hires and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.

- Effectively source suitable candidates from various sources (using social media, networking, job sites, Head hunting, Industry mapping etc.)

Ideal Candidate profile :

- A minimum of 6-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition (Pharma Sales) - 60% In recruitment & 40% in HR operations.

- Ideally should have a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals industry

- Should be self-driven & have a can do attitude. Should independently manage the entire gamut of TA process

- Strong Communication & inter Personal skills
