Responsible for HR & Administration function in the region. As a member of the regional business team, this position has a direct impact on the success of sales and retail operations.
- The role holder would be the custodian for people practices in the region.
- Key deliverables would be Recruitment, Stat Comp, Emp Eng in the region, implementation of all HR processes.
- Desired skills include PG in HRM from a reputed institute. Around 10-15 yrs work exp in HR function.Exp in Operations, Sales HR, Regional HR Roles in FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Food and Hospitality Sectors would be preferred.
