Regional HR Manager (Plant HR exp is Mandatory)
Looking for candidates with strong IR experience having exposure in Plant HR. Should have the experience of handling a large workforce of at least 2500+ employees. Should be having strong knowledge and experience in Payment of Wages and Shops Establishment Act and other Compliances. Dealing with Blue collared employees, someone who is dynamic, handled multi locations, handled man power churn, handled multiple projects, mainly "DOERS".
Must have handled multiple location in West India.
Preferred Industry: FMCG/ Retail/ FMCD/ QSR/ Hospitality/ Service/ Manufacturing/Construction/ Facility Management
Exp of -10 to 12 Years with good exposure in handling large headcount Teams of White collar employees and Contract blue collar employees across multiple units, The candidate should have stability in employment. Knowledge of local language is a must.
Age - Should not be more than 40.
Education - Internal/ External - MSW/MBA in HR/PGHRM
