Regional HR Manager - North & East India - FMCG - XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS/SIBM/MDI

We are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager for one of the topmost packaged consumer goods Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at New Delhi.

Job Profile:

- Responsible for end-to-end HR delivery for 2 regions (North and East India)

- Anchoring Capability Development, Talent Management, Rewards, Resourcing (Laterals & Campus),

- Diversity and all other people processes for the sales teams

- Identifying the Pulse of the Sales Organization through regular contact program

- TA Lead Business - Responsible for Lateral hiring across all regional offices & HO functions

- Talent Acquisition - Responsible for Campus & Lateral hiring in the region.

- Lead Capability Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement for North & East Region.

- Engaging talent through Employee Connect - Succession Planning & Talent Management

- Responsible for Campus hiring in North & East India

- Driving employee development initiatives (in the form of Development Centres),

- Ensuring adherence to performance management framework,

- Resolving employee grievances,

- Ensuring compliance to statutory areas and allied national projects in the fields of employee engagement and recognition.

Qualification: MBA/ PGDBM-HR from premier B Schools like- XLRI/ SCMHRD/ TISS/ SIBM/ MDI. 2010 till 2012 batch passouts will fit best.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Regional HR/ Sales HR / HRBP role. Exposure to Corporate HR function will be a big plus.
