We are hiring for a growing organization into consumer business.

Client is a MNC New Age organization.

We are hiring for a Diversity Profile (Female candidate)

Work Location - Delhi / Gurgaon

Position - Regional HR Head North

Role - It's end to end HRBP Profile.

Reporting - National HR Head

Team Handling - YES

Candidate Background -

- Relevant experience into consumer led organization is mandatory.

- An ideal candidate should have minimum of 6yrs+ and upto 12yrs work experience.

- Candidate who is a Tenured HR Regional Manager for minimum 2.5yrs to 3yrs and should have potential to take the PAN India role.

- Candidate must demonstrate Business Partner skills with the senior & top management of the organization.

- Candidate should have the problem solving approach and come up with various HR Solutions to business, as the organization is expanding at PAN India.

Job Profile :

HR Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop workforce plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Forecast staffing needs, analyze skill gaps, and create recruitment and retention plans to build a high-performing Region team.

HR Effectiveness: Collaborate with Region leaders to assess the regional team effectiveness, force structure, and territory alignment.

Make recommendations to optimize regional level operations and improve productivity.

Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process for regional level positions. Develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with corporate HR and regional head to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes for the multiple department. Establish performance metrics, goals, and targets. Provide guidance to various functions / managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to drive the productivity and achieve targets.

Compensation and Benefits: Partner with HR and regional leadership to develop and administer competitive compensation plans, incentives, and Retail commission structures. Ensure that compensation programs align with regional goals and budgetary considerations. Provide guidance on benefits administration and resolve compensation-related issues.

Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters within the multiple department, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, promoting a positive work environment and high employee engagement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the multiple department. Stay updated on HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends, providing guidance to Retail managers and employees.

Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure the availability of qualified talent for future Retail leadership positions. Implement talent development programs to groom and retain top-performing professionals.

HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data including turnover rates, performance, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
