OUR REQUIREMENT
Position: Regional HR Head at GM / AGM level (3 numbers)
Locations: Kolkata, Bagalore and Gurgaon
Reporting to: Regional Business Head and Vice President HR
BACKGROUND TO THE POSITION
- This is a HR Generalist role to support growth of the Oil Business vertical in specific region, called Hub and implementation of HR best Practices. The incumbent will participate in corporate strategy and policy / process formulation
Job Dimensions:
- Strategic Business Unit: A region of the soft oil which will have 2 to 6 manufacturing plants, Regional office, sales force, Depots and port terminals
Employee strength – 1000 to 2500 + contract labor
Geographical spread – One region – East, North or South India
Direct reports- 5 to 12 in HR

Candidate’s Profile:
- 2 years full time Diploma / MBA in HR
- 10 years of work experience in HR out of which minimum 4 years of work experience in manufacturing environment (plant HR role) and 1 years’ experience of handling sales force. Candidates with FMCG work experience will be referred.
Compensation: CTC 12 to 18 lacs p.a.
