Division HR Manager
A best in class FMCG Company
Matrix Reporting: Division Head Sales & Head HR (Sales & Marketing)
Role Overview:
- To provide consultative support to Sales Leadership team on all people related matters
- To provide end-to-end HR Generalist support to Sales Division as a Business HR partner
- To be an active interface between different HR COEs and the line stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assess and close manpower requirements in line with Business need.
- Responsible for Sourcing, Selection, Offer closures, On-boarding & Induction of Sales & Operations talent
- Maintain a LOFT/ Buffer for critical positions
Talent Management / Career Management:
- Create a pipeline of internal talent in line with division's future requirements
- Identify opportunities for horizontal and vertical movements in line with company's career progression framework and facilitate them
- Partner with business in annual Potential Ratings rationalization (PDP) exercise for members
- Identify Hi-Pots and nominate them for Assessment Center/ Development Center
- Counsel managers on career discussions with their team members and help them give possible line of sight to members
Capability Building:
- Drive & facilitate company's Performance Management system known as MBR & Audit the ratings.
- Drive & facilitate company's Potential Management system known as PDP & rationalize the ratings.
- Assist supervisors in chalking out Individual Dev Plans and keep a track of developmental actionables
- Ascertain Training Needs of line members on various behavioral and functional competencies and share with L&D team.
Policy & Process Excellence:
- Create awareness and understanding around various policies and processes through refresher sessions and communications
- Track and ensure process adherence of various HR activities like confirmations, transfers, loans, leaves etc
- Check the effectiveness of various policies, allowances and incentive structure from a member perspective and benchmark them with other companies operating in the region
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Facilitate Annual Q-12 Gallup Survey/ Hewitt Engagement Survey
- Conduct Follow-up Impact Planning Sessions based on survey results for all teams
- Formal and Informal Connect Sessions with members on a continuous basis- Market working with members
- Resolution of employee issues & grievances in line with company's code of conduct
- Manage Internal Communications and Announcements
- Be the Value Champion of the division and drive the values through innovative measures like Value worskshops
- Implement & Drive functional Recognition framework - HEROs (High Execution & Result Oriented employees)
- Drive Spontaneous & Informal Recognition frameworks, SPOTLIGHT
- Reward members for living company values through Value Stars framework, OUR VALUE STARS
- Organize fun activities and well being events like Joy of Giving week for social cause, Value week, friendship day contest, poster making event, team picnics , annual conference (OCE) etc.
- Ensure member care & concern though various initiatives like heath checkups, blood group database, emergency advances, emergency contact database etc
MIS & Reporting:
- Report out detailed monthly MIS Report incorporating key people metrics
- Propose Annual HR Budget for the division.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Work out & close Salary Offers for New Joinees as per company's compensation philosophy
- Share salary correction cases for annual increment exercise
- Close member wise Annual Merit increment nos. along with Business Head at division level
Disciplinary & Corrective Actions:
- Ensure compliance of guidelines and regulations as per the standard guidelines
- Deal with any violations and breaches in accordance with Company's code of conduct
- Ensure complete adherence of Sales processes and systems. Any manipulation or breach is to be dealt with on progressive disciplinary grounds
Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure completion of all tasks and activities in the Regional Office as per Delhi Shops & Establishments Act
- All relevant notices and circulars to be displayed in Office Premises as per the Act
- Maintain records and registers like leave register, attendance register, wage register in requisite formats
Exit Management:
- Conduct Exit Interviews for outgoing members
- Ensure adherence of online separation process and exit formalities.
