Job Location - Meerut/Kolhapur

- Recruitment & hiring of manpower as per the budget

- Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per project.

- Induction and On boarding process

- Directly responsible for facilitating business deliverable and enhancing employee touch points

- Implementation of Performance Appraisals by ensuring adherence of policy and process within timelines.

- Work with management on effective documentation and standardization of processes
