The opening is with a leading Company for their office in Mumbai.

- Designation: Regional Manager HR

- Years of Exp –8+ years

Qualification –MBA (Full time).

Job Profile :

Business Partnership

- Business Partner support and be responsible for the outcomes of different businesses in the region

- Ensure people issues and challenges within all business in the region are resolved.

- Ensure rollout of the HR programs within the business – succession management, talent assessment, performance management, etc.

- Partner with functional leaders to understand their needs and ensure that they are met

- Provide periodic and structured feedback to members on their Business Performance

- Capable of handling the most crucial role as HR function which needs to balance between employee aspirations and organizational goals

- Handle employee coaching, grievances and employee relations

- Manage and develop team members for their growth in the Organisation

L&D and corporate Programs in the region

- Periodically review the training need assessment with the Business Head and help in designing and organizing of the training programs with the L&D team

- Lead the L&D programs in the region in coordination with the L&D team

- Provide feedback on the L&D initiatives and programs in the region

- Communication and implementation of Randstad driven engagement/ HR programs.

People Engagement and Retention

- Play a key role in defining, talent management, employee engagement, and employee retention strategies for the region along with the Business Head

- Drive people engagement initiatives in the region

- Focus on retention of employees

Talent Acquisition

- Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovative methods by foreseeing the different business need

- Providing end to end recruitment support in the region

- Identify quality talent for the business group/location

Onboarding

- Carrying out the structured On boarding, Joining formalities and Centre Level Induction process for new joinees in the region

- Ensure their hygiene, comfort and adaptability to the organization culture

- Ensuring their objectives are set and they get the desired support from their team

Maintaining Payroll inputs and MIS for the region

- Ensure 100% accuracy in reports to Management for all HR activities on appropriate system

- Sharing monthly MIS with the Corporate HR team

- Timely, responsive and accurate closure of all HR operational issues at the location.

- HRMS management and MIS Support.

Exit Management:

- Conducting exit interviews and feeding inputs in HRMS portal

- Completing the exit formalities

- Leverage the HR team to drive change in the organization
