Regional HR - South for a Leading Logistics Brand!

Our client, a leading logistics brand in the market has a vacant position of Regional HR- South based out of Bangalore/Chennai.

- This role (Male candidates only) will drive and support Business HR activities at the regional level and partner with the line managers to manage day-to-day HR services at the region.

- Based out of a single location, he should be able to manage 5-6 locations effectively and should be willing to travel.

- Liaise with various Legal Councils, Govt. Authorities, Consultants, Vendors to provide support towards regulating IR practices .

Educational Qualifications:

- Masters in Business Administration / Personnel Management / Labour Relations

- Experience: 10 - 12 years of total experience with considerable experience in IR and statutory compliance
