About our Client - Our client is one of the largest multinational pharma giants globally. They are a leading pharma generics company known globally for their superior products. With a global footprint and a strong presence in India, they are looking for a Head of HR for their OTC division.
Job Description - The Consumer health division is currently 500 in India and look to increase by at least 300 in the coming year. Reporting into the Regional HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up end to end process and policies for the division and ensure alignment to global processes
- Partner closely with business stakeholders both regionally and locally to ensure delivery of key HR processes
- Develop and deliver HR processes like employee engagement, performance management, compensation structuring, benefits schemes, career planning, recruitment etc.
- Drive sales incentive plans for the BU and provide thought leadership for the OTC division from an HR perspective
- Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation of core HR programs
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 12-15 years of work experience across Sales HR and will have had exposure to Plant HR as well. Exposure to managing 500+ employees is essential for the role. You will have the experience of setting up HR Policies as well as working in an international set up / with regional stake holders. Full time MBA from a tier 1 institute is desired for this role.
