Position: Regional HR Head

Candidate’s Profile:
- 2 years full time Diploma / MBA in HR from Tier II B School
- 8 - 15 years of HR experience with minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment (plant HR role).
- Atleast 2 years of exposure in Sales HR
- Candidates with FMCG work experience will be preferred.
Role Details:
This is a HR Generalist role to support growth of the business vertical and implementation of HR best practices. The incumbent will participate in corporate strategy and policy / process formulation
Job Dimensions:
Strategic Business Unit: A region which will have manufacturing plants, Regional office, sales force, Depots and port terminals
Employee strength – Around 1000 + contract labor
3-5 direct reportees

- Staffing and On Boarding

- Performance Management and Compensation review
- Career plan and succession plan
- Rewards and Recognition

- Employee communication and grievance handling
- Union negotiation and statutory compliance
- Liaison and coordination with local bodies,
- Supervision and guidance to Plant HR Heads to ensure harmonious environment at Plant, managing compliances as per organization requirement & guidelines
