Urgent job opening for the position of Regional “HR Head-Admin & Operations” with leading Integrated Facility Management Service Company, Mumbai
Desired candidates profile:
Qualification: Graduate/MBA/MPM/PGDM with over 8-12 years of equal work experience in HR, Administration and Operations with reputed organization preferably facility management, retail, hospitality industry etc.
Candidate should have hands on experience in handling General HR function’s, client negotiations, client coordination, contract renewal etc.

Job Description:
HR-General
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; guiding managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; guiding employees and supervisors.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
HR- Administration:
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
Fully Handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting in new location.
- Vendor Management & Office Administration (Adequacy of Stationary / Provisions / Refreshments / adequacy of Sub Staff) Courier & Dispatch (Inward / Outward / Outstation) / also making record of Local maintaining.
- Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts.
- Maintaining record of ( Computers , AC, Cars, Pest Control, Insurance , Etc) & taking care of Corporate office & Branch Office
- Updating Assets List of the company
- Handling complete Facilities and infra structure of office and liaising
with contractors and interiors for the same.
- Liasioning with external agencies (police / municipalities / corporation / premise security agencies / Premises Co-op Society) and government bodies like MTNL, BEST BMC.
HR- Operations:
- Responsible for overall information of human resource strategy and service for staff and branches within the west region.
- Encourage managers to take up full responsibility of people management, acting as an advisor and providing professional support for complex issues.
- Oversee Human Resources operations, information management and office staff; plan, organize and direct HR operations and activities; advise the management on time sensitive and priority issues.
- Identify, develop and implement improvements in HRIS processes and procedures
- May participate in the development/implementation of staff development programs, including succession planning
- Oversee budget management, planning and expenditure control for HR Operations budget
- Perform other duties as assigned.
