The position holder has to manage all aspects of employer-employee relationships to meet corporate objectives . It is the responsibility of the position holder to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner. He/she would also act as an internal consultant and change agent for cultural and organizational initiative.

Experience :
- Exposure to Human Resources Department of a well reputed organization in FMCG/Durables/Telecom/ Retail
- Must have worked as an HR Business Partner / Generalist for more than 100 employee organization
- In distributed locations.
- Extensive HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.
Qualifications : MBA HR with 70%/60% in 10th and 12th.
