Responsibilities:
- Managing HRBP activities for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State
- Branch visits across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Work on performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters, is an essential part of the job.
- HR professionals in branch banking should ensure that the work environment remains positive and compliant with employment laws.
- Focusing on employee retention strategies to keep high-performing employees engaged and motivated is vital.
- Analyze turnover data and work on strategies to reduce attrition.
- Responsible for training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch employees.
- This could include compliance training, sales training, and customer service training.
