- Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management and guiding regional & corporate HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking.
- Assessing quality of hire (productivity & efficiency analysis, job satisfaction, understanding of organizational policies and processes).
- Enhancing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management initiatives for on-going process improvement.
- Be a culture shaper and ensures that our culture and values are made visible and real through various programs and initiatives.
- Strategizing rewards & benefit (like mid-term appraisals, incentive policy, confirmation allowance,
- One-time allowance etc.) to enhance performance levels.
- Capability building for Business Critical Job roles by aligning KPI with IDP and building a career centric culture.
